TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN DANCE FITNESS CLASSES (UK/Scotland)Please read carefully. By taking part in our classes or being present in the class area, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not attend.1) What the activity isThese are group dance cardio fitness classes held indoors. The instructor demonstrates options at different intensities. You do not have to copy the instructor: low-impact and simplified modifications are always available.2) Health and admission (self-assessment, PAR-Q)You confirm that you:answer the health questionnaire (PAR-Q) truthfully and will update it if anything changes;with RED FLAGS (for example: chest pain/pressure during exertion in the last month; unexplained fainting; diagnosed cardiovascular disease without written medical clearance; uncontrolled blood pressure/arrhythmia/asthma; pregnancy with complications; marked breathlessness at rest/with light effort; acute injury) will not attend classes without written clearance from your GP/midwife;with YELLOW FLAGS (stable/controlled conditions) may attend one single session at low intensity only, and you undertake to provide written clearance from your GP/midwife within 14 days; otherwise further admission will be blocked.The instructor may stop your participation immediately if they see signs of risk.3) Risks and participant’s personal responsibilityYou understand and accept that:physical activity carries risks (strains, falls, impact loads, dizziness, etc.);you act carefully and within your limits: warm up, reduce range/speed, avoid jumps if unsure, stop on pain, severe breathlessness, dizziness, or “floaters”, and inform the instructor;you are responsible for appropriate footwear/clothing, hydration, and keeping clear space around you; your personal belongings are at your own risk;we do not provide medical services and do not give medical advice; any technique tips are general.4) Liability limitation (as far as the law allows)Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the organiser’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.For everything else:the organiser is not liable for indirect/unforeseeable losses and for loss of personal property at the venue;liability for foreseeable direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the relevant class (if paid);the organiser is not liable for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., sudden venue closure, power outages), other than refund/transfer where applicable.5) Damage to propertyIf, through your fault/negligence, damage is caused to venue, instructor, or third-party property, you agree to reimburse reasonable direct loss.6) Photo/video and personal dataMedia. By default you consent to filming and the use of materials for class publicity. Opt-out: tell the instructor before class or email us—we will try to position you off-camera and will remove published materials within reasonable data-protection limits.Data. Forms and consents are kept up to 7 years from your last visit. You can request access/rectification/erasure by email (subject to lawful bases for retention). See our Privacy Policy for details (link).7) AgeParticipants are 18+. If under 18, a parent/guardian must complete the form and accept these terms; attendance is only together with a responsible adult.8) Changes, duration, and governing lawThese terms may be updated; the current version is always on our website. By continuing to attend after updates are published, you confirm acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland; disputes are subject to the Scottish courts.9) How to accept the termsRead this document on our website before the class.Tick the acceptance checkbox in our online registration/check-in form (or do not attend).Actual participation in a class also confirms your acceptance and informed assumption of risk.

WAREWOLF NIGHTS — PARTICIPANT TERMS (SCOTLAND)Organiser: PERSIK LTD (“we”).
Venue: the bar / hired space / office / hosting venue where the event runs. “Venue” in these Terms covers all such locations.By taking a seat at the table, you agree to these Terms. If you have any concerns, speak to the host.What this isQuiet, seated tabletop entertainment with a host: Werewolf / Mafia and similar social-deduction formats (hidden roles, day/night phases, voting). No physical activity; no hazardous or amplified equipment.RolesVenue leads premises safety (stairs, floors, lighting), evacuation and security, and runs alcohol service and age checks.We (Organiser) run the game, rules and timings. We do not perform security or first aid and do not physically intervene.Strict no-smoking ruleSmoking or vaping during the game is not allowed. Anyone who smokes/vapes in the play area will be asked to leave immediately (welcome to return next time if the rule is followed).Conduct, de-escalation & removalZero tolerance for abuse, harassment, threats or behaviour that disrupts play. If tensions rise, the host will pause the game and escalate to Venue security; we do not intervene physically. The Venue may remove anyone for breaches or for obvious intoxication. No refunds in such cases.Photos & video (with audio)We capture highlights of the night on our own camera(s) with audio for our social channels. If you prefer not to appear, tell the host.
Venue CCTV may also operate under the Venue’s own policies. Separately, a fixed-angle no-audio safety view of the play area may run for safety/dispute resolution; retention up to 90 days (or until an incident is resolved + up to 6 months). We are especially careful with under-18s and will not feature them without a responsible adult’s approval.Alcohol & ageWe do not sell alcohol and do not decide who may drink. The Venue runs alcohol service and checks. Under-18s (14+) may attend only if the Venue permits and with a responsible adult present.AccessibilityTell us if you need adjustments (seating, pacing, cues). We and the Venue will make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.Personal care & belongingsKeep your belongings with you; neither we nor the Venue accept items for safekeeping. Loss caused by our or the Venue’s negligence will be handled case-by-case.Damage you causeYou are responsible for reasonable repair/replacement costs for damage you personally and negligently cause to the Venue’s property or our equipment.Optional support (totally up to you)If you enjoyed the night and want to help us run future nights and development (venue, props, marketing, pilots), you can support via:the “Enjoyed it? Support us” jar (cash), orour site (QR): you will see two separate buttons — One-off support and Monthly support.

— we aim to respond within 28 days.Liability (keeping it fair)Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be limited under Scots law.
Otherwise, our total liability to you arising from the event is limited to the greater of £20 or the price you paid to participate. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss unless the law requires otherwise. Disputes between participants are between those participants unless caused by our negligence.Data & privacy (UK GDPR)Controller: PERSIK LTD.
